Some the apps one of a kind features are:

Four Training Plans to Choose From!
Choose from a Beginner 12 week Sprint Distance Plan, an Intermediate 16 week Olympic Distance Plan, an Intermediate 18 week half ironman, or an Intermediate 36 week ironman Distance Plan. Select your race date and click Create Plan! The app selects an appropriate plan and maps your training days backwards from your race date!

View and Log Your Workouts!
Use the various views, Todays Schedule, Week Schedule, Complete Plan Schedule, or select specific dates from a calendar to see what workouts are planned for you. Once you have completed the workout, you can log your time and notes. We will keep track of if for you!

Track Your Progress!
Use the chart to vizualize and track your progress. The chart is broken down by swim, bike, run, and brick.

Calculate Max Hear Rate and Heart Rate Zones
There is a built in heart rate and heart rate zone calculator to assist with your training. There are also several useful reference pages to answer your training questions.

Need a different workout?

Make sure to consult a doctor before beginning any work out program.

Simple and perfect
Fantastic for what it is-a variety of solid, specific, loggable triathlon training plans. Im a mid pack, experienced triathlete doing a 1/2 ironman. I love being able to record my workout, see my progress, and most of all I love that its not just "45 min swim" but it actually gives you workouts for all disciplines. No, you cant change the off day (really, just do your workout on a different day and log it later), and you cant sync your strava or heart rate data to your workouts, which im sure for some is a deal breaker- theres training peaks for that. But seriously, its $5! I think its easily worth $100. Its what a coach would charge per month for little more than this. Bottom line: a solid, fun triathlon training plan. Gets the job done!
Needs glossary
Not all triathletes had formal training. Acronyms should be defined and explained.
Bogus

Needs major improvement
I wish it showed the days of the week under the training plan. It would also be nice if the there was something on the day that changed when you logged the workout. There is no way to go back and see if you did the workout to look at your notes without clicking on each day. Not a very useful app for my training purposes.
Overpriced and Garbage.
I wouldnt recommend this app if it was free. Potential buyers beware.
